everything keeps goin downhill heather goes over budget and cant afford common household items for the residents they spend more money on upkeepin the facility than for things that will benefit the residents they allow ppl to get what they want even if it kills them when they are out of medicine or dont order enough they tell the nurses not to share medicine on medicine carts no exceptions they dont actually care for the ppl they just care about making things look good for visitors and when state gets here other than that they let ppl get away with any and everything even when they know those who arent doing their jobs are making it hard on the next person, they allow their "favorite" residents to get what they want and do as they please but they'll tell nurses and staff not to allow another residents to have it. they run around like a chicken with its head cut off when another nursing home calls and tells them state is coming and they hide there wrong doings and tell ppl to do there jobs rite when state comes but any other day they wouldnt care. they know department heads arent doing there jobs correctly they dont care as long as they make themselves look good when someone from the head office is coming. they suddenly become friendly to the residents but you see them everyday but the weekends and you never say one word but when someone is here department heads ask the residents how they are doing and they also have their favorite employess who no matter what they do they dont get reprimanded for anything but others get fired or sent home for the day examples of over budget she spent money on flat screens and mirrors for 3hundred hall and could afford tissue for two trucks so she didnt order any and she was to ashamed to get some from martin,tn when we run out of essentials for laundry and cna's and kitchen it gets swept under the rug i have seen mistreatment of residents by either jerking there arms and getting into arguments with them and ppl refusing to take care of certain residents they dont like they will just look over them and i dont think it is fair for the activities director to make $12 per hour that is rediculous and the supervisor in dietary is a tyrant she disrespects anyone and doesnt care she puts on a role for everyone else but the nursing staff and kitchen staff knows how she is and doesnt care about her job but it gets swept under a rug

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
