    I have found the team here to be very nice and attentive. Although every patient has different needs I think they are doing a good job. There have been recent improvements to the facility.

    Don't ever send your family or anyone for that matter to this place! THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!!! They can not be trusted to take care of your love ones!!! They are very desperate for money!!! I see why there so many empty beds in this old trashy place! Horrible old stinking smelly place! Please heed the warning! if not you'll be sorry!!! Trust me.. I learned the hard way!!!! Trying to give this place a chance...

    The Rehab team is awesome and they work hard to make a difference in the residents life. The care they give allow people to return to their home in the community and live life to the fullest.

    I worked for this facility as a fresh graduated CNA, it was the worst on I've ever had. They staff is really rude and unprofessional they do not care about the residents or the facility. Oh and the management well should I say the ADON and DON are very unprofessional, I've quite there over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my check and they said they mailed it off.

    I will never go back. Meds are never given on time. Pain patches were not replaced every 72 hours as is required.
