There have been major staff turnaround within the last several months and I must say that it was a good thing. The facility is much cleaner, there are no smells, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and there's an overall positive aura about the place. Administration is awesome. My loved one tells me how the new Administrator there is different than other administrators. She actually goes around having full conversations with residents & always helping staff in areas needed. How many people have seen their administrators help wax a floor and actually picking up a mop? I believe this place is headed in a positive direction.

Why complain about a place when you can always move your love one fast don't know much about their place but when I seen it years ago 1970 it was very clean nice

If you truly love your love ones PLEASE DO NOT put them in this place. This place is not fit for a dog to live in. My mother has been in and out of the hospital for neglect and being uncared for. This place is nasty all the time and smells worst than a trash dumpster the bed that they have my mother sleeping in should be trashed. I've seen patients sitting in wheelchairs in the hallway smelling soaking wet and begging someone to help them. I've called several times to report the mistreatment of my mother and other patients but nothing is ever done. The staff is very unprofessional uncaring and totally worthless. From the housekeeping staff to the administrative staff. Noone there seem to care about the well being of the patients. This place needs to be shut down completely...

The worst experience ever. Please if you care anything about your family members, do not put them here. Patient care is the worst I have ever seen. The administration is constantly making excuses for the patients not being cared for properly. The staff takes patients belongings. We have taken so many things to the facility just for them to come up missing. The nursing have the worst patient care I have ever seen. And I am a Nurse and I usually sympathize with other nurses.

This place is terrible. If you have a loved one pleeease do not put them here. My mom has been here for over 10 years, I'm embarrassed to say. Been going back and forth with the staff about the quality of her care the whole time. I usually go on the weekends, it's a ghost town. Today was the last straw. This was the 3rd weekend in a row I've and my mom's room smells disgusting, her bed is unmade, she sitting in a wheel chair soaked in urine, the brand new tv my sister bought her is broken and just lying flat on the night stand. This was it. My older sister is the over seer of my mom and does not wish to move her. But I can't take anymore of this. I'm going to see what I can do 1st thing in the morning to try and get my mom out of that rat whole and I'm reporting the facility!!!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
