    My Father was brought here last night from Harris HEB. My first impression is not good at all. It sounds like a 19th. Century insane asylum . Staff seem more concerned with hanging out and goofing off very loudly. I sure hope it gets better.

    My aunt that is fighting cancer had to come here! Supposed that this was a 5 star facility! I don't think so. They don't have enough staff to take care properly of the patient needs. She always has to wait at least 20 min when she calls for assistance for someone to come. The food is bad most of the time, and they don't have private rooms!!!! Even if you are willing to pay more it's always shared, so that is really inconvenient! They have staff for therapy which is good, to do it right there! They are so busy again with no staff, that she can't have a shower every day (there are no showers in the room) sometimes she has to wait 2 days to shower!! She definitely will be looking for somewhere else to go!!

    An elderly woman was a friendand stayed there 3 months. When time came for her to be discharged she didn't want to go home she was so happy. Kudos to the facility.

    Worst care ever! Elder abuse is what I would call what happened to my mom in this place. The day of admission they put her in a room, put a diaper on her and we never saw them again until the next morning. They gave her the wrong diet, they literally crossed someone's name out and wrote her name on it. It was a regular diet, she was to have a heart diet upon leaving the hospital. They did not feed her or give her meds the first evening. My cousin brought her food. When I arrived the next morning she was In a wheelchair, they had put her clothes out and Told her to dress. She was immobile!!! The beds are so narrow a normal size person hangs off of them. The nurse call button NEVER stopped buzzing the entire two days we were there! It was sad to see the same two folks parked by the front door asking anyone to help them. Neglect on all levels! I could write a book about this horrible two day stay! When we decided to bring her home after two days of her 30 day stay, only then did they ask what they could do for us! Do not put your loved one here!!! It is horrible!!! Don't let the ridiculous fancy furniture fool you.
