I understand that it is very hard to please everyone and some will never be satisfied with anything done, I've have worked in the public sector for 20 years so i understand. I am not like most, In a more perfect world there will be no issues. I enjoyed the tour but choose another place due to location I was not expecting a place without fault, that would not have been fair to any of the facilities that I toured. In a more perfect world that could have been obtained, but since it is not then I expect challenges its life.

This is one of the worst healthcare centers I have ever seen, I worked here and was apart of the management team, it is a free for all no leadership at all , Amy should not even call herself an administrator she is useless, clueless has no idea what goes on in the building drinking, doing drugs, sex selling drugs all while clocked in getting paid. Needs to be shut down!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

My girlfriend worked there and was miserable everyday, the male cna are allowed to disrespect and harass women particularly Aaron (African American CNA) and (Anthony) the cook. The doctors also think they can get away with sexual harassment. Not to mention mr. Allen the resident that knows the owners. This place is horrendous !!! Anthony and Aaron will smoke marijuana in parking and sell drugs at the facility. how's that ? good review ???

I've never been a patient of Remarkable but I unfortunately live next to them. If you think your going to have a peaceful evening as a patient here, think again. The staff LOVE gangsta rap at extremely high volumes at lovely hours in the night (10:55pm,11:55pm, 5:45am). Now I may be unique, but I tend to exit my vehicle and go to work when I arrive. I don't sit in my car and blast out the bass for 30 minutes to prep myself for another exciting day earning minimum wage. Now I know that if I can hear this terrible audible onslaught, the patients will also be exposed to this Kanye fueled tirade. We have called the police several times, we have called the front desk (other reviews of no one answering phones is true). We have tried everything to deal with this terrible establishment and yet every evening and morning we witness the awesome sound of boom boom boom. This doesn't just stop there. We have heard bad fights outside their parking lots between the employees (full volume cursing that no one should be witness to). We have smelled cigarette and other "skunky" smells wafting out into our neighborhood. In general we have witnessed the worse sort of individuals that you would want caring for your loved one work here. If you have a choice, then I'd highly suggest finding a better more reputable establishment to care for your loved one because you won't get it here.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
