    Not the most beautiful facility in the world, but the people there more than make up for it. My father was recently ill and in rehab/nursing care at several places, and by far and away Sagebrook was in every way superior. From the moment I first walked in the door I could tell it was different: all the employees I saw were busy and involved, and very ready to help with a smile.

    I would like to take this time to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Sagebrook Health Center for making the last few months of my dear Mother's life as enjoyable as possible. I moved my Mother to Sagebrook on October 5th, 2012 and she was immediately at home there. Her RNs, CNAs and everyone else involved with caring for her were so good to her and I appreciate it more than words can say. She had her favorites but it was clear to me that she was the favorite among most of the staff. I want to thank Sarah for recommending such an excellent hospice service because they came in and went straight to work making Mom's final days as comfortable as possible. Mom passed away with dignity on Saturday January 26th, 2013 and I will miss her for the rest of my life. Thank you Sagebrook for taking such wonderful, loving care of the dearest Mother anyone can ask for.

    We recently moved my 81 year old aunt to Sagebrook's Skilled Nursing Facility after a very bad automobile accident left her in need of critical medical attention and rehabilitation. She had been in another SNF prior to Sagebrook but they told us they could do no more for her. We found Sagebrook's staff to be caring and helpful. They were kind to my aunt and their therapy department worked with her to get her walking and flexing her hand again. My aunt loved it there. She enjoyed the staff, the food and all of the activities. I can't thank Sagebrook enough for doing what the other SNF facility said could not be done. We recently were able to take my aunt home and while she is continuing therapy with home health services she is MUCH better and safer at home because of the care she received at Sagebrook. I want to say thank to Sagebrook and would not hesitate in recommending their Skilled Nursing Facility for anyone in the future. Thanks Sagebrook!
