    My mother was there for over 10 years. When she was mobile her experience was generally favorable, but as she aged and her health declined the care she received was sub-standard. There are too many specific situations to explain here. One final circumstance was inexcusable. Hospice was brought in for her final days. The accepted standard is that the patient is to be placed in a room without a roommate. This was not done. While my brother & I were present when she passed away, there was a women in the same room, so there was no privacy as we stood by her bed as she died.

    Stay away from here. My mother laid in pain for 3 weeks we begging them to help her. Finally in hospital discovered fractured spine. Nurses lie about the medications they give patients. Say they are giving and are not. All administrative personnel avoid speaking to you because they know you have questions and complaints. Parent office will not return calls. They have continuous poor ratings with the state of Texas. Nurses make faces behind your back if you question them. I believe they do not hire the sharpest people. Do not put people in the memory unit ---it is a dump them and leave them unit. All the patients are begging constantly to leave and they put them in time out to punish them. This leaves them crying.
