    Worst than the other one in eagle pass. It takes more than a hour for a nurse to change a patient. Also, they sent my mom to the ER and notified nobody. I thought she would be safe being in their care. Full investigation is in effect. The nurses just act like they care but when family members leave, they go back to talking and being on their cell phones. I go there everyday and always see more than one nurse on their phone and nurses just talking away. Could also hear more than one call help light being on. Sad to see something like this in a facility meant to help ppl. I mean, if you don't like your job, get another.

    Nurses can't follow simple instructions from patients, transportation can't be counted on, food is great if you get it. No real cable TV maybe 5-6 channels 3 of which are the same. The staff loves to introduce themselves constantly it's amazing anyone gets any rest.
