The receptionist is friendly but everyone else is horrible. I went to visit a friend of mine who has been there for a few weeks. She was very happy to see me but the social worker (Lacey) wouldn't let me see her privately even though we've been lovers for 6 1/2 years. Lacey is on a power trip and enjoys ruling over others and telling them what they can and can't do. Nurse Ratchet form "One flew over the Cuckoo's Nest"!

I'm currently a patient in this facility. It is clean as well as very organized. The staff are professional and very patient. The activities here are more for the elderly but I join as well. Therapy hasn't been easy but thanks to the staff I've managed to progress in a very fast pase. Take into consideration that some people don't want to be put in a home. So they'll complain about being here so that they get them out, therefore there might be some bad reviews here

Unprofessional and rude staff. Therapy is not done when patients need it, neither is cleaning care. There are better places out there for your family.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!! THIS IS HONESTLY THE WORST PLACE EVER. I cannot stress how awful and RUDE most of the employees are here at this location. I have seen the employees and even head nurse laugh and ridicule some of the residents, I have seen the employees handle residents in a very ROUGH and AGRESSIVE manner, residents wake up with suspicious bruises that the employees claim have no clue how they even showed up, residents "fall off" their wheelchairs since they fail to watch over them, and the customer service is just plain AWFUL. The place constantly smells like urine and family members feel extremely unwelcome due to the rude personnel and unprofessional staff who WILL treat your loved one with the least amount of respect and proper care. I am truly surprised this nursing center is still up and running; I pray they shut them down before another resident becomes a victim.

Seriously you guys kicked and old disabled man out into the cold streets, you all should be ashamed to work there and should be shut down for abuse, for this to make it on the news actually makes me believe every single claim of abuse and unoroffessional behavior, you all should pray every night someone does not treat your loved ones the way you treat your residents

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
