    I use to work at estates they are very professional and love each and every one of their Consumers. insures the safety and comfort of everyone client and employee friendly people everywhere secure, great food and preparation, privacy, care and love I loved working there

    I work in the healthcare field and have to communicate with the Estates regularly. I am not impressed with their customer service at all. When you call, it takes quite a while for someone to answer and when they do answer, they sound so sad and depressed like they'd rather be anywhere but there. Almost every time I call, I am put on hold for 5-10 minutes and am forced to end the call and call again. It is very difficult to speak with the correct personnel via phone. I have never visited in person, so I cannot speak to the customer service in person. However, I do know that I would NEVER send my loves one to this facility.
