I read negitive, but I see positive the residents are so happy the staff is very nice the administrator and Human Resource Manager along with the ADON's And DON are so kind. Very clean and it has a family vibe. I'm an experienced CNA for 29 years and I enjoy visiting this place. when I go I speak, to make myself known then I go sit outside its very relaxing. I shared that to say this you can't always go by reviews. Take a tour get the vibe that I got your loved one will truly enjoy there stay.

I believe my husband is finally getting good quality care from people that deserve to call themselves health care providers/ he was in a place before this that was absolutely terrable / there were good nurses there but others just didnt care/ i feel like they care about the people at green valley/ i have asked my husband if they act diffetently after i leave and he quickly said "no they are the same if you are here or not. Which was wonderful to hear/ my daughter found this nursing home and talked to the staf etc before we did and im very thankful to my daughter Toni Durham for her work and her efforts because it has proven itself to be a good place, i truly appricate everything theyve done, he was a different person almost over night/ thats the difference between a place that is " bothered" by the ones that are there because they need help/ and going out of their way to care and take their job and the people seriously when serious needs to happen!! Green Valley is quite a bit different than the other Nursing Home is so many ways/ but if people that have the job of caring for people / dont want to be "bothered" then they shouldnt "bother" coming to work!!! I could truly tell some true stories!!! But dont worry I wont here!!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
