    I have my mother here and although it is not a perfect place. It is 100% better than the Hell hole City View now known as Genesis on Bryant Irvin. When ever there is an issue the DON gets it dealt with immediately. My mom is happy and so am I. I thank God that I moved her here. They actually have aides that work and the cooks they are awesome. Most people who work here are very nice. The food is always fresh, never spoiled frozen milk or cold fish every other day like the other place. Yes I am talking about City View it seemed as though they had fish every other day. I gave this River Oaks Health and Rehab Center in Fort Worth Texas a five star rating. Because they deserve it and more.

    I met with admissions 2 get my dad transferred here. They never did anything about it. I signed a form and gave them a copy of my guardianship form. I wait a month or more still nothing so i sent an email and waited an additional week; still nothing. I sent a stern email after that and finally I was met with apologies and excuses 4 y they failed 2 act. They wouldn't admit him but pointed me in the direction of another facility that has poor ratings. what more or less should i expect from a racist little town?

    It received 1 star from me just because the social worker and few nurses were nice to my dad. I can not say his care was the best, but at least he received his meds. He never once had a doctor check on him and he went there right after surgery. Even though he was there almost a month, he was given a clean gown twice. He received a wipe down a couple times. His personal clothes disappeared. There were excuses on where and what happened. But, yet they never showed up. All I can hope is someone needed the 5 shirts, pajamas, underwear and socks. The smell was horrible! We literally covered our mouths and noses when we walked by certain areas.
