Everyone is nice here except the night nurse Linda Carter. She is an evil witch. I found out some really disturbing things about her with proof. Be very careful around her. I will change my rating to five once they fire her, because they need to do so.

This facility goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Loved walking in to it, everyone greeted you with open arms to help you get where I needed to go!

Franklin Nursing Home is absolutely a unique facility. Since beginning my career at this facility, I have witnessed a dedicated team of staff members continuously show dignity and compassion for the residents they care for. Not only does this facility celebrate every holiday, but the residents enjoy many activities and outings throughout each month. I've been in nursing for 5 years and have yet to find a better facility to be a part of. Thank you for all you do.

I am a current resident here at Franklin Nursing Home. I was definitely in a low place in my life and needed some wound care and physical therapy to get back to my prior way of living/lifestyle. I chose this facility from many many other facilities, not only because my daughter is the administrator, but because of the excellent care they provide. I am already up walking and moving around, and enjoying all the activities that Latasha Richardson provides for us. Im only here for short stay therapy, but this will definitely a memorable experience.

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Franklin Nursing Home has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.

Staffing Levels Per Resident per Day
