    Last night my friend went to visit his grandfather at this facility Gulf Health Care Center, and walks into a puddle of urine on the floor in his grandfather's room, which reeks down the hallway smelling like urine. He informed the staff Ms. Wanda ,and her response was the staff can do it in the morning ,not only is this a falling risk for the patient ,but hazardous also due to body fluids on the floor. This incident has been occurring for 2 consecutive days. Any person or people in the healthcare professional should take pride and serious of there job duties, We as family trust that our loved ones are being taken care of by these certified or register professionals. These actions are un-call for and very unprofessional and puts at risk the patient's health.I've encourage my friend to file a compliant to the State Department of Human Services,along with Medicare. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL PLACE.! His grandfather's personal belongings were also stolen from this facility.

    I came here for physical therapy. The staff is friendly and seem to be well trained in nursing and Therapy.. The facility is pretty clean considering its also a nursing home. The food is OK, nothing special but it's also not the Hilton so I can't complain. Staff is responsive to calls and needs , they are sympathetic and compassionate which is a Hugh plus for families that care for their loved ones . I give the 3 for several reasons..It needs a little updating in areas and 3 shift staff has a tendency to drop the ball on occasion.. The food could stand to be brought to a little higher standard also , food is important to a lot of people especially during healing ! I cant call them bad in any sense at all . Over all I would recommend them !

    Worst nursing home in texas and probably the world . dead roaches , live roaches everywhere crawling on elderly patients. Nursing staff not carring for patients , bed soars and rashes from lack of care. Thieves working there stealing from elderly, ECT.
