    Although my dad was only in this facility for two days before he passed, the staff was very compassionate and attentive. My issue is with the billing office / accounts payable. We had to pay the entire month in advance before they would admit my dad (which I completely understand) but it has been almost 2 months since he passed and we have not been refunded for the 20 days we paid for that were not used. I have called 4 times and nobody can tell me when I can expect the refund check. Not acceptable at all !!! 5 stars for the nursing staff, 0 stars for the business management.

    One year ago this month I entered this facility to rehab from a severe case of the West Nile Virus. The entire staff from the office,cafeteria, Care aids & the rehab therapist was outstanding. They got me back on track & I have done great since i was dismissed. I kinda didn't want to leave because the meals and care was so good. Thank you Senior Care for such a great job well done.

    The facility is awesome. My issue was granbury hospital for not giving him pain meds and releasing him with nothing. He was in excruciating pain begging for help when I arrived, trying to crawl to the bathroom. He was in the dark and the aide was no help. It was resolved and I do have confidence in this facility.
