    When I first brought my mom here it seemed like a good place. The staff seemed to care about the patients and even though we had a bit of an adjustment period it smoothed out. Now however the staff changes faster than I can keep up. My mom had some nursing aids she felt comfortable with but recently those few have been let go or their attitude has changed. They have ignored her and other patients. She's been told that she's too much trouble and she cries too much. I am very much disgusted with this place.

    The staff here is very friendly, always serving with a smile. I'm a nurse of 20 plus years and I must say the first encounter is a lasting one. This team of professionals are caring, loving, supporting and most of all a family. Where there is love there is life, where there is life there is sunshine. I thank God my light is shining at Grace Care at Veterans Memorial. I'm proud to be practicing my passion.

    Wow ? this place replaces staff like we change our panties assuming that u change ur panties every day. Always new staff and so much confusion here. My mom has been here for 2 years and her clothes come up missing constantly, she has had more UTI here than she had while living with me. There has been so many issues with her trust fund and her owing money and they receive her SSI every month. No one knows where her extra $ goes too that she is constantly upside down owing. Now I am having them audit her account and I am going to the social security office myself and going to figure this out cause they apparently can't seem to do the job right or get the answers needed. I don't get paid for solving there problems, this is why my mom is here and under the care cause I didn't want to be stressed out with all this. But yet I am having to renew her Medicaid so they can get paid, solve social security issues for them as well. So why is she here and they claim her on there taxes for again. Smh

    Very nice place. The building is nice and clean most importantly It does not smell. The residents and staff look happy. Tremendous change from what it was before.
