    This place allows cruel and unusual punishment to go without consequences. Treatment is beyond neglect , it's criminal. Check medicare report.

    My mom was mistreated by a nurse several times. That nurse took advantage of the language barrier that my mom has to ignore her and neglect her. My mom had a strike and was in recovery. During this time she had to use a diaper and several occasions that diaper was not changed during the night. It took a while but finally that nurse got fire. If your love one can nit speak English don't place them in this facility.

    We brought our mom (Mrs Jernigan)to this facility after moving her from a place that almost cost her, her life. My sister and I did a walk through and we're pleased.I know my way around in the rehabilitation and therapeutic world. So, after meeting with the administrators/staff decided this was the place. The nursing staff are all awesome. You can't pay them enough for doing their jobs. Not able to call all names but I'll do my best. Gloria II, took care of mom's hair and other needs, Gloria I, made sure her pain meds etc were on schedule. Issie's,just all around was the first person we met. April, Grace and Her speech therapist are beyond words. Christmas we were there and everyone was in their loving caring mode. I was really happy for the care level given. Took pictures but promised not to post them. Thank you Westbury place. God bless you Gloria in your efforts. God's choice blessings are coming your way This gives hope, and a reason to fight on. From the nurses to custodian, excellent team work. From the Family to you all, great job!

    We recently had my dad at the Westbury Place under the care of Hospices. The staff all the way from the Administrator to the nurses aides we're very caring and compassionate.
