    This place is great. Our grandmother was here for a little more than a year. The staff was great and the food is good. Everyone was super friendly and the place is so clean and neat. I would recomend to anyone!

    Well they staff chemically restrained my mother while a resident there for less than 2 months, I was not informed nor included in her personal care planning as required, they informed me that she had to be medivaced out to another place when actually she could have traveled just fine in a plane, they had my husband and I served with criminal trespass warnings because we came in and asked for copies of my mother's medical chart (which I can legally have copies of because I have medical power of attorney) and had us removed from the premises, they had my mother on a fluid restriction for supposedly congestive heart failure (which she actually does not have) but gave her salt packages with every meal (which make you retain fluid, they took away her yogurt because "you know when you put yogurt in your mouth it melts and turns to liquid" therefore making it part of the fluid restriction and the biggest one they told my mother that she couldn't leave without the doctor's permission which is FALSE any resident there is allowed to leave anytime they so wish they are not held captive there it is against the law for them to keep anyone there against their will. All of these are true and not just accusations I have recordings of conversations and I have documents that prove this.
