    The pharmacy associated with this facility is horrible. God forbid you be in any real pain and they change your pain meds as they did with my mother-in-law. They discharge the old meds and it takes 10-15 hours for the new meds to show up. Meanwhile, you have NO pain meds because they cancelled the old ones!! The one time they left one in place, it was a 6 hour pill and no pill for brakthrough pain! The ONLY reason for a 3 out of 5 rating is the staff. They really tried to help.

    Having worked at Baywind for over a year now and having my own family in all three facilities owned by the Barcelo's, I can GUARANTEE that Baywind is the best facility in the industry. Please do not judge our incredible facility based on bad reviews. We love our residents, we provide high quality care, and we are dedicated to our professions. Come by & see us!     This place is a joke my mother got there her first day and didnt like this place I walked in a all I see is a retirement home place people there are rude and no one is willing to help with my mother to go to the restroom why give a patient and button to push for help and yall dont respond like yall should all I know this place needs to be looked at and yet its 4 stars on review please people a place like this is hell I wouldn't even want to leave my loved one in this place no more

    My brother was a patient/resident for years at this facility. We found that they just took such good care of him. They encouraged him when he needed it and yet they could leave him alone if he needed that also. They have a staff that is warm and caring and very knowledgeable. Facility is clean and comfortable. I would recommend them to anybody.

    My Mom Alice ,was in rehab at Baywind for 12 weeks. The staff was wonderful and carning. She loved her CNA"S, her therpist, and all she came in contact with. Even the hair dresser was great. In the 12 weeks we did have 2 problems. They were taken care of right away. She said the food needed more salt ,But she wasn't suppose to have any. Her room was clean always They were wonderful to my mother.The guy that came by in the morning always had her coffee ready for her, just like she liked it. I highly recomend Baywind.
