Thank goodness for the staff and the family friendly atmosphere here, My grandmother was here for 9 months, she was treated like she was family each and every day. I appreciate everything that everyone did for her while she was there. Big Thanks to Candice DON for helping our family through the tough times.

The staff is VERY negligent! My grandpa is in the hospital right now because he was found unresponsive, very low blood pressure and had not eaten in 2 days! The doctors here said he has kidney failure. He would've died last night if is wasn't for his sisters visiting. Every time my mom visits he's always soaked in urine! He has bed sores and a swollen foot from being in the wheelchair all day. They put him on psychosis and depression medication when he does not suffer from Any of those. He was completely healthy (besides his Alzheimer's/demetia) until he got there. Please do not take your loved ones to this place! Very unprofessional and negligent! He had a visotor everyday and is in this condition now, so imagine the people that hardly get visited.. If zero stars was an option I would've done that.

I'm a vendor of specialty chemicals. This place ordered a case of product from me and then when it was time to pay the bill they acted like the guy who ordered it doesn't work there and so the bill was not valid. to top it off a lady by the name of Crystal was very rude about it. No big deal. Here's what really got me.... it's been 8 months since they ordered the case, I called the facility not knowing I've already sold to them and the same guy that supposedly doesn't work there got on the phone and wanted to order another case!! I put the order in for him not realizing they bought from me in the beginning of the year. A couple hours later my receptionist calls to notify me that they had a bad debt and we can't send them the product until they fulfill their owed debt. I look up the account and review the notes from the beginning of the year and see that they never paid because the guy who bought it didn't work there. I get Crystal on the phone again and explain the situation and she just acted down right rude like we are on a street corner in the hood or something. Alls I was trying to explain to this lady is that there must have been some mistake the 1st time we called because the same guy that ordered in the beginning of the year wants to order the product again today and yes he works there. This company obviously orders products from vendors, never pays the invoice and then plays it off as it is our mistake and it's not their problem. They never allowed us to pick up the case of product that we sent them iether and trust me we tried. They kept it, used it and tried to order more. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!

Do not place your Love ones in this place. Most of the staff is Rude and unprofessional. Pure Negligence goes on in here, I don't know if it's from being understaffed or they simply don't care and are Lazy! But they lie to your face, saying all is well when it's not. Everytime I went to see my father which was every other day, I found home soaked in Urine and not fed. And left in his wheel chair in a hall or den . That's all they do. Park them outside or by a window for hours. I'd find my father's ankles and foot so Swollen from no circulation. I complained, so then I started finding him asleep in his room while everyone was eating. They said he already ate. They lied!! He ended up with bed sores , urinary tract infection, kidney failure, malnourished, severely dehydrated, weight loss The day he was found unresponsive by family while nurse was no where to be found. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE PLEASE! They need to be shut down!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
