    Unprofessional joking around at the desk trying to make others "have to go take care of patient, annoyed you asked for help, lost a $5,000 hearing aide and didn't care to help look for it or report to manager (seemed a little shady), left nasty cups in the room for days, the front entry smells, employee's kids are running wild throughout the halls, obviously weren't checking to see how often patient had soiled herself because her bottom was raw.

    I would never recommend this place for anyone. If at all possible, keep your loved ones out of institutions. It is strictly a business and although they are all smiles when you first walk in and the recordings on the phone talk about how wonderful they are, they are not.
