    They do NOT return phone calls. I took my loved one there for respite care. I left her brand new wheelchair. When I returned, there was an old one in her room. When I called Jackie to tell her about it, she assured me that she would locate it. When I went to pick up my loved one I found the wheelchair outside being rained on. My loved one was there for a week and only received one shower. When. She asked the aid about a shower, she told her that they don't shower on Sunday days.
