    Terrible experience for my Mother. She left this facility with more complication than she arrived with because of the lack of care she received while being at there less than 39 days. She had fluid build up while she was there, the doctor seemed not concerned. The fluid buildup so bad, it affected her breathing. She developed a sore on the back of her leg. The didn't even inform me of & I didn't know until I got her home (same day of discharge). The sore got so bad, she had to go to wound clinic. Third, they didn't even bother to clean her feeding tube. It was black when she returned home (it's never been black before). If anyone is considering this place please reconsider. I feel like my Mom was just used for her insurance & not taken care of

    Looks great,but once you move in.... Lazy nurses. Call lights don't get answered in a timely manner. State visits often for good reasons. Don dresses like shes going out (example heels). Not to work or help if needed. Smells at times.
