    I thought it would be a great place to work and get some experience ... Nope I was wrong .. at first the DON was nice and everything and I will get good training. No I didn't get good training first of off , I let the DON know what's going on and never responds to my text messages or calls only when it's convenient to her , something happened on my shift I had no experience and the other nurse that usually kinda guides me was training someone else and the RN was in rehab was doing her thing ... Which I understood cz it can be hectic. So I did the best that I could on documentng . Well I thought I did great. But no I didn't .... I got suspended for three days .. cz I didn't respond to text message on time for them to speak with me ... Cz work grave yard they don't take it to consideration that you work grave yard and I apologized for responding all late because I was asleep at times when they called me . When the DON talked to me she was putting me down ... I went by today ... Cz ADON wanted to see me and the DON gave me alot of attitude .. so . . I really don't recommend anyone to really work here.... Yes they make it seem all great but it's not and I should of listen to past ratings and comments that is on here . If your new and just got your licence .. don't do it .. find another place
