    My elderly family member was placed here for Physical Therapy to regain independence and strength. While the daily Rehab was consistent, the in-between care is not. Being present, pro-active, and establishing a rapport with the staff is key. Once the staff is made aware of your needs, they usually accommodate. I was fortunate to visit daily.

    I went to visit my thia as she is about to pass so they have her on morphin and she hasn't eaten in 4 days. They said they are just letting her pass peaceful and are just trying to manage her pain. While i was there the nurses were obnoxiously loud and making alot of noise.

    Run as fast as you can from this place, if you care about your loved one. They don't want to be "bothered" by the patients and have terrible overnight care. When patient care is addressed they minimize the situation and are mostly concerned about how they are going to bill the insurance company. My mother was placed here for rehabilitation/physical therapy after surgery. After hearing my mother's complaints and witnessing their disconcerted attitude and unsanitary care, I took my mother home!!!

    My father is a current patient there. There appears to be a huge lack of communication during shift change among nurses. He had an appointment today with his nephrologist and was sent without paperwork or current medication list. We waited 1.5 hours for them to fax it over after numerous request from myself and the MD. Positive note his monday through Friday CNA is awesome
