    my grandma wasin this facility for a month (and that was 31/2 weeks to long) she told us daily how rude most of staff was , i know we had 2 different employees tell us the company doesn't pay well perhaps this is reason for sub-par staff... in short do not place your loved one in here

    Mom just left this facility yesterday. We felt they truly cared about her well being, and were extremely helpful to all of her family. They answered call lights very quickly. I do believe that if mom has to go back to a skilled nursing facility, this is where it will be.

    My husband was a patient in this facility for about 5 weeks. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful in every way. The rehab staff - physical, occupational and speech therapists were the best I have seen. My husband progressed amazingly passing a hospital swallow test, learning to walk with a quad cane, and regaining so much strength after a severe stroke. He is now at home continuing his progress each day. Truly Hays Nursing and Rehab is the healing hands of Jesus extended. Margaret and Allen Wood

    The spirtual aspect was great . But staff was really rude and semi disrespectful. which only made me wonder how they treat their residents.I pray its good .
