    Worst nursing home in town!!!If you care for your love one don't leave them in that nursing home.. The NURSES and CNA are unprofessional and the assistant DON stated they don't feed the patient if they can't feed themselves!! So expect your love one to starve to death if they can't feed themselves ..they also dont take patients to the bathroom.. They stated"if he has a diaper on he can go in his diaper".. So consider his a warning!!

    My mom was at this facility for 1.5 yrs. the last six months were horrible. She was neglected & fell out of her wheelchair several times-the last time causing 11 stitches & severe facial bruising. We had asked multiple times that she not be left alone in her room in chair. They insisted I call in hospice because mom was deteriorating so fast. A week after moving her to a new facility they reinstated physical therapy & had her up & walking! Mom was not kept clean at Hacienda Oaks & care was not good... Wish I had moved her sooner. Administrator was very impersonal -- do not recommend using this facility!

    After my grandfather lived at this facility for 2 and a half years the facility choose to discharge him with little to no explanation to why other avenues couldn't be tried before this had to happen. The nursing staff is caring but they are always short handed and the turn over rate is horrible in all departments. The director is rude. Not at the facility a lot so he doesn't know about what happens around their but will blatantly lie to you that he does. Would not recommend ANY love one to be placed their!!!

    my name is james lakey my grandmother is here and is being neglected and abused when i tried to take pictures of her injuries i asked to leave and not return i have contacted aps as well something needs to be done this place is garbage
