    I can only speak about the therapy department, they provide excellent services to the patients. They are very consistent in their treatment and care .My family had the pleasure of having a therapist by the name of Jonathan. I would recommend him for physical therapy.

    This healthcare facility is a joke, my father was admitted from at home hospice care and said he would be taken care of. it is the first night and they call me at 4 in the morning because they have failed to give him his medication at the right times and he's having a panic attack, so we show up to see why and they can't tell us when or how much medication they have given him because they have nothing written down or logged in any sort of system. they have no idea what they are doing this is first class negligence in a major level we will be lawyering up.

    This is not my first visit to a facility for elderly care and my initial reaction to this facility is negative because of the smell. That drew me to then notice how dirty everything was. The staff was non engaging and very blah about being there. I didn't see anyone there cleaning out and checking in on patients. This is very concerning seeing all these negative reviews on here and I wish they truly are wrong but just judging of my first visit it seems like they are on to something. This is by far the worst elderly facility I have been to.

    Horrible... I was one of many of the employees that gotten mistreated.... housekeeping supervisor is definitely an druggie... almost every employee does drugs.. they are very rude to patients... don't Ebert take your family there or even stop by to work there... you have been warned... they don't even deserve one star!!!

    Had issues the first day Mom was admitted. Lack of communication Nurses when asked questions to be told one thing, second nurse contradicting, Medical errors.
