Picked up my mother in law today after a 3 week stay at Stonehenge for rehab after a total knee replacement. Over the 3 weeks I was constantly impressed with the quality of care, the friendliness of staff and the overall atmosphere. The therapists especially did a great job working with her and helping her become independent again. I have had family members in other rehab centers and nursing homes. This one is much better than any of the others, except for Stonehenge of Orem, they are also pretty great. Thank you.

Staff service and care has been very poor..after asking staff several times to make sure pt was take taken to the dining room to eat, sevel times he was forgotten. Oxygen was felt off twice causing pt to become unresponsive. Social worker did not return calls, after saying she would. RN'S, CNA'S LPN'S were very slow in helping and very unqualified. I don't not recommended stonehence to care for a family member.

Great nursing facility. Staff was extremely profession, caring and friendly. Stonehenge truly lived up to its motto as "a great place of healing"

The staff I have met have always been very friendly and helpful. The building is brand new and really is stunning.

Our 93 year old grandmother spent 6 weeks at this facility after a fall that required surgery and extensive PT. I am not one who typically writes reviews, ever, but I felt like I needed to share my opinion of the quality of life she experienced while at Stonhenge of Springville. If you have a family member who is in need of a rehab facility, this is THE place. Every single person I met during her six week stay was kind, friendly, encouraging and genuinely invested in the healing process. Everyone from the receptionist to the director was always friendly, informative, and willing to go out of their way to ensure she recieved the very best care. This facility is new, and it is very well planned out. The PT room is top quality, with large windows so you can see the work being done with their patients. The patient rooms are the biggest I have ever seen, with plenty of space for several visitors. Her room was a private room with a private restroom; I believe this is the standard for this facility, but you might want to just confirm to make sure. I, myself never tried any of the food, but I can say that I saw it delivered many times, and my grandmother said that it was the closest thing to home cooked food that you could ever expect at.a hospital or care facility(not important information to some, but very important to others.) Our grandmother was able to get her hair done in their little barber shop, and it truly helped her feel more like herself. Just another example of the included comforts that help people who are in need of physical rehab, feel like real people. Being someone who would not hesitate to offer the downside information for a well-rounded review, I truly cannot think of anything that took away from her care or comfort. First in class facility, all around. There is a reason this facility is top rated, by Medicare. They deserve every single star, and then some.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.
