Please do not work here. They do not care for there workers. They are firing people and downsizing. Do companies care about there workers anymore? Its comon sense take care of your workers and they will take care of you. Maybe its America way now

I would never recommend this place to anyone everyone is rude and not friendly at all I met with a lady named Joann who is the director of nursing she was very rude breath smelled like alochol and she looked high like she was off something how can someone like that have a job working in a place like this. I have reported this several times but i guess they dont care or have any type of policy for employees. I met a women named patria and Amanda who was very very nice abd helpful they the only ones who seemed like they knew wgat they were talking about . Please folks dont take your love ones to this facility especially on the second floor you will regret it.

The facility is nice and my parents are being cared for well by the staff. We visit weekly and call daily and continue to be pleased.

I visited thos facility and everyone was just plain rude. How coild anyone entrust their aging parents and trust that what goes on behind the screens would not mirror how they treat you when you visit the facility. Very sad.

You do not get the kind of service for the amount you are paying for. There is not enough staff to meet the residents needs. Some of the overall staff have bad attitudes and instead of helping are rude and do not make the effort to understand the residents needs and each others. The lower level staff here seem to be hurried, rushed, and relied on too much by the upper level staff who don't seem to get things done.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
