    Avante at Harrisonburg provides skilled nursing care as well as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The staff are warm and caring people. The facility is conveniently located to the downtown area and local shopping. I recommend the facility to those in need of the services provided.

    This was a nightmare one nurse used a tongue depressor to apply the wrong medication and sawed back and forth until she tore my stitches out they gave me wrong medication I guess so they could take mine home to use or sell. The lady across the hall fell and the nurse cussed her for 15 minutes and left her lay for 2 hours then they went in and picked her up by feet and underarms and had a dr check her the next day 78 of my morphine pills came up missing they didn't want to wear gloves even after coughing in their hands
