    The staff they have are nasty and rude. Didn't take care of my loved one or cleaned them well or catheter. Didn't rotate my loved one and almost made my loved one fall. I thought it was a good places, but I was so wrong. They neglect my loved one and gave up on them. So, glad we got my family member away from there. I wouldn't recommend that place to my worse enemy. A poor experience my family went through. Too much neglect and unprofessional people.

    Do NOT send your loved to this community. Such a poor quality facility. Gave AWFUL care for my loved one. Worse was the fact she was physically abused by a nurse. Given wrong medication. Assessments not able to be completed upon admission. The rudest staff I've ever come across, staff was never able to give family an answer to anything. Their response was "I don't know" or "that's not my patient". Talked down to the residents there in front of families so I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors. Took an unacceptable amount of time to respond to call bells/alarms. Only positive thing to say is there's no odor at this facility but the worst care I've ever seen!!!

    WENT IN THE OTHER DAY TO SEE FAMILY MEMBER AND I WAS BRUNG TO TEARS, RESIDENTS THAT I WOULD USUALLY SEE HAS DIED OR VERY SICK. ITS ALWAYS SHORT WITH NURSE OR AIDE HELP LIKE THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANTED TO SEE WHEN I HAVE FAMILY THERE. THE RESPECT AND ATTITUDES THERE ARE JUST UNREAL. I MYSELF FEEL LIKE THEY DONT CARE FOR OUR LOVED ONES THEY JUST THERE FOR A CHECK....THE WORST

    Never felt good about this place. The nurse to patient ratio is not realistic if you want your loved-one cared for. I can't believe the government allows them to hold a license. Good luck you have been warned. Only good thing I can say is they have great rehab facilities and staff.
