    This home is very clean. Medically it is great with doctors on site. The rehab unit is very special with lots of equipment. Meals are wonderful. Staff is kind. No place is perfect. Activities are sadly lacking for people who are functional and are long term care.

    I give it 2 stars because other than the receptionists and the activities director, I've seen exactly 2 employees that actually give a care about the residents. I witnessed disgusting treatment of a resident this very afternoon, and I will be lodging a complaint in the morning. She was treated like a damn dog and I don't even know her, but I will be addressing it in the morning. Were it not the for the fact that my mother was with me, I would have shown my entire tail, but I didn't want to embarrass her. The residents do not stay there for free. They were all once independent and don't even want to be there. My grandmother was a resident almost 20 yrs ago, but things have changed and not for the better.

    This "nursing home" does not even deserve one star. My grandpa was a resident there and he never got proper care. He could call for hours, along with other residents, to be cared for and they would take a hour, maybe even two. On July 4th, 2015 my parents stopped by to see him and they noticed that his curtain was closed and his TV was on golf, even though he hates golf. They walked up to the bed and he was clammy and unresponsive. He had had a diabetic spell, and no one had noticed. The nurses claimed they had "just came in", but no one gets that bad that fast. He went to the hospital, and it turned out that he also had some sort of infection in his feet, and it was starting to spread to other areas of his body, so they had to amputate them. I hate them. I hate this place.

    This facility does not even deserve one star. I was hopeful that this nursing home would be better than the horror of Glen Burnie on Libby, boy was I wrong. There are only a handful of CNA's and Nurses that actually care about their residents. The rest are ROTTEN to the core. My mother rang the bell and they would not come, if they did come it would be at least 30 minutes to an hour later. My mother was supposed to be repositioned every 2 hours and have her brief changed every 2 hours ( per the nurse in charge ) that NEVER happened. One day I came to visit my mother and her brief was soaked. She had sat in her own soil for 6 hours. Very sad how nursing homes are able to charge a fortune for HORRIBLE care. Oh, and my mother's credit card was stolen from her wallet that was in her purse in a drawer. This place is nice on the outside and the inside is well kept, but if you want your loved one to be taken care of do NOT send them to Lexington Court. If you have to send them here make sure you are on top of everything. I can't even imagine the care that is being given to the residents who don't have visitors daily to keep an eye out. So sad. My mother has passed on and I am so glad that she did not live her last days in this NIGHTMARE of a facility.
