This place is worse than hell. im getting my son out of there before they kill him. they all lie lie lie and i do believe they are doing some sort of medicaid fraud ....somethings that should belong to my son ,has other names on them and i dont want to give 1 star they dont deserve that..., 1/30/16 back in the hospital again due to infections and neglect. they dont change bandages, give baths, oral care, change doctors orders as they see fit ..and threaten you with the police if you ask too many questions or put them in a corner .I am probably going to pay for this bad review but i dont care ,My main concern is the other people in there that dont have a voice..Well Im here screaming from the highest mountain top to save someone else from going thru what we have been through . If i can save ONE person from this place , it is worth it....Please do some serious inquiries before you put your loved one in this facility ...I have doctors notes and support from a local hospital so i am not slandering in anyway that i know of ..

Do not send anyone you care about to this facility, especially if they are on a ventilator. Staff failed to see that my cousin was fed, did not monitor fluid intake and output, and sent her to the hospital without sending any documentation. Care given the patients can scarcely be called care -- the staff could not be bothered to contact us when they sent my cousin to the hospital.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
