    I have used Salem Health and Rehab twice. My first stay was full of good service all around so when I was asked where I wanted to go to for rehab this time I knew where I wanted to go. Everyone who works there is very good. I got good care. They did renovations to their gym and it is wonderful. They have all this great equipment and it's even better than the first time I was there. I worked with McCoy and Christy in therapy and they were great. When I felt like I was at my limit they never pushed me too hard and let me rest when I needed it. This is a great place if you need rehab.

    Living here is nice. I think that they keep my room clean and I enjoy the food that they serve. I like being able to go to church in the activities room. But the best thing about being here is I've made some new friends.

    When I first came to Salem Health and rehab I wasn't sure if I'd make it home. I was grouchy and mean and felt like I didn't need anyone to watch over me. The nurses and cnas here watched me and cared for me. I came to realize they were looking out for me and i needed to listen to them. Together with the therapy staff I got to the point where I can go home. This facility has been a great help and I am happy I did my rehab here

    My therapy is going well. Matt the dietary manger has done a good job and I especially love the spaghetti. My CNA's are very organized and my nurses efficient. It s clean here and I have no complaints. Everyone is friendly and has been very helpful.
