    Jan James PA very unprofessional, and rude. I could say a lot more, but then I would be lowering my personal and professional standards to her level. So because she went so low!! I choose to go high and place my faith in God. So disappointed and disgusted by her lack support and medical professional behavior towards my family. The rest of the staff has been extremely supportive, respectful, and caring. The facility is beautiful, and is overall a very friendly environment. However, during this recent medical crisis with my sister I feel like I am under attack by this individual in regards to my attempts to address the level of care my sister has received under her care. Feeling overwhelmed, surprised, and emotionally drained. Why?
