    The WORST. Do not send anyone here. They are nice one the phone during the admission process then it all goes down hill once your family member arrives. My dad was there post spinal and abdominal surgery. The nurses and CNA's are awful. It takes about an hour or more to get someone when you press the call button. He has an ileostomy bag that we were assured they would handle. They new nothing and had no supplies for it. Thankfully, the hospital sent some supplies. He was there for 6 days, didn't eat or drink and was transferred back to the hospital for an infection in his incision due to neglect from the nurses. He had low blood pressure and dizziness and it took them 3 days to talk to a doctor about his medications. The other residents are just in the hallways by them self, all so sweet but no one there that cares. My dad did luck out with a nurse today named Jess that really made people pay attention and got him the help he needed by going back to the hospital. Even the doctor told him he needed to get out of there. Bottom line, don't even consider this place . Look up the violations, I wish I did before he went.

    My personal experience there was nothing less than Horrid. The place stunk of urine and feces as soon as you came in the door. The staff more or less left you fend for yourself. The food was disgusting....couldn't tell if it was actual food, looked like something you would feed pigs. Thankfully, my daughter was able to get me transferred to another facility after 4 days.

    Changed rating since I've had problems with management not calling me back. Decided to leave a message for the Director at Envoy. He called me back right away. I'm really impressed with the results of our conversation and feel like the issue will be resolved soon.

    If you can at all possible go some where else. The rooms are old and the paint job just makes it more depressing. The nursing staff showed little interest in the people staying and would hardly come by to see how the patience are doing. They delivered food to my father and would lay it on the tray about a foot away from his bed, he could not move himself our of bed and could not reach the food he had to holler to get the nurses attention to be able to eat. When I asked about medicine for my fathers constipation which he had for 8 days straight it took over 3 hours and asking 3 different people including the doctor who stopped by for a check to get; the ever elusive "let me talk to someone" kept coming out. When my mother showed up for a visit she noticed his oxygen was turned off and he was on 24 hour oxygen. Fibrous his whole cause for trying to rehabilitate and he needs oxygen to just make it through the day. My father no longer stays there. This is a death trap and should not operate anymore.
