    It's true through medication one is expected to heal and be pain free. However the one medication, "AVALON," through its chemistry of understanding, compassion, and caring of each of its patients, made the healing process much, much quicker and comes highly recommended.     I had a total hip replacement and chose to go to Avalon for my recovery and physical therapy and it was wonderful, warm and friendly. The physical therapists were great always pushing you to get the maximum benefit and the nursing staff was fantastic too! The facility is clean, furnished nicely and smells great!

    I actually work at The Avalon Care Center. It makes me sad to think the negative reviews above were so terrible. Avalon IS a wonderful place with VERY caring staff. Seriously if we didn't care we wouldn't be in health care in the first place. Avalon is clean, the facility is modern and it smells nice. If you read this and are looking for a safe place for yourself or your loved ones, please just come by and take a tour, talk to residents and staff. I love my job as well as the community we serve. thanks for reading
