    I have had multiple family members stay here, whom have all received excellent care. Staff were all very receptive to our questions and concerns doing a great job explaining and caring for our family members. I would absolutely recommend this facility to those in or around Mason County.

    AVOID this place. My father was forgotten by staff and his primary doctor. This is a "for profit" operation. My father was hounded for therapy at $350 per 15 minutes, even though he was dying. I was told rather imperiously that the therapists were "doctors".

    VERY UNCLEAN!!! My grandpa was there and he wanted to leave. We even took him out of there. He is back home now and healthy thanks to another facility.
