These people have been calling me for months now looking for someone named Donna. I don't know who the hell Donna is but it sounds to me like Donna gave these people the wrong number and they just keep calling me. No matter how many times I block the number they call from they just keep calling from a new number.

This is a horrible place and very dirty! I have worked there twice and both times it was so awful I had to quit right away. The staff is lazy and incredibly rude. They're mean and neglectful to the clients. Overall, worst place to put your family member in Spokane! Only gave one star because I couldn't post my review without at least one.

I have to argue with the nurses to get my meds everytime. Three times a day Im being told this med or that med is not in the notes, not in the computor. And only after going back to the computor it was in fact there. I dont know what Im taking or more importantly what Im not taking. Im treated like Im a royal pain for wanting to monitor my meds. But mistakes are being made. If I dont monitor my meds closely, things get missed. I need and have asked for more help getting back and forth to chow and the restroom. Just as soon as I can Im transferring to another facility.

MISERABLE DEGRADING HELL HOLE !!! By far the most degrading nursing home in Spokane, upstairs floor has no AC, the place stinks of urine as you walk in... The staff is neglectful, the RN's have no respect for the patients, or the NAC's. The place is a real life horror story! the patients are either locked up in their rooms, or are left sitting in one spot all day. LITERAL DEFINITION OF PURE MISERY, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
