    If I could give it a minus I would..I entrusted my elderly father to them to help take care of him. They were instructed to call me at any time of the night if any thing out of the ordinary happened. I left feeling uneasy but put my faith in them and was very very disappointed when I got a call from my brother who went early the next morning to find he could hardly breath and he had been like that all night and he could not take his pills the night before. My brother had them check his vitals and he was unable to catch his breathe. He called the ambulance to have him transported by the time they got him to the ER he was put on a ventilator. A simple phone call would have changed the way I feel about this place. I feel they really don't care about the families and their wishes or instructions. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    I was a resident on the rehab hall from March 25th thru May 5th. Every single person on the nursing staff was amazing, whether it be morning, evening or night shift. All were kind and caring. And the physical and occupational therapy staff were top notch. I also appreciated the kindness of the non-nursing staff (social workers, etc) If I ever need to go to a skilled nursing facility again...I would choose Tacoma Lutheran.

    mom just went in on Easter Sunday! The Staff was amazing and kind. Today when I stopped by I was introduced to the therapy staff and case worker!! Every person kind, caring, not in a hurry. Thank you all so much!!!!!
