    Excellent staff and accommodations! My Mom transferred from hospital to Avemere Rehab of Cascade Park. The attention and support she received while recovering was the best. Kudos to Candy and her team on the 300 hall! Thanks for taking good care of Mom as we plan her discharge tomorrow and return home!

    Not very impressed. I was told I would receive an hour to hour and a half everyday of physical and occupational therapy everyday. This did not happen. I was lucky to get 15 - 20 minutes a day. I did a vast majority of my pt and ot on my own. I was admitted on Tuesday and by Friday morning it was time to leave even though my insurance company had approved my stay until the following Tuesday. (1 week). Friday morning I asked to be discharged and was told I couldn't because the person at the facility I live at that was able to sign my release wouldn't be in until sometime next week. By the end of the day (Friday), after a few phone calls, paperwork work was signed and I was home. I truly hope I never have to return. There are policies and procedures that need to be reviewed and modified to reflect the way your business operates. Especially in regards to patient care and billing practices.

    wife went there straight from Hospital. wouldnt help her to the bathroom... wouldnt change her sheets or answer buzzer for 45mins to a hour. I had to personally bring her food cause they would forget meal and when confronting the staff id get a "hey you get what you pay for..." wow... dont send your loved ones here at all unless your trying to kill them off.
