I would like to take the opportunity to say that this facility has been a great place for my Mother , she was there for about 4 weeks the entire staff from the Nurses , CNA , Therapist , Housekeeping was very professional and concerns with my Mother's need I was there everyday and I'm one for observation and we were so pleased with this facility I would recommend this place I really don't know it's history but from what I seen my Mother was well taking care thanks again to your team and one day I will take my Mother back to visit ...

This is the worst place I could have imagined. I thought I had come into an episode of "The Walking Dead ". I come into my signed room. When I went into the bathroom the toilet was disgusting, it had not been cleaned. One day later I still have not received my medication from the pharmacy. The nurses have attitudes and if you confront them they take hours to bring me my medication. Nurses aides are nice but also have attitudes. I have a wound that needs to be changed daily. Two days here and it still has been changed. It the weekend and I don't expect management and administration to do much about. So come Monday I will call my doctor and speak with the Social Worker from the hospital to get me the hell out of here before I go postal on them. I would never recommend anyone even my worst enemy to this hell hole.

Wonderful facility- Had a wonderful experience with Sunrise after having my family member here for a few weeks. Residents and patients appeared well taken care of and happy.

Worst place I've ever worked for! You've got nurses that seemingly have behavioral issues, very impatient and seemingly catch attitudes anytime they're "interrupted" due to the residents needing something or something as simple as a phone "inconveniently" ringing, and constantly complain about their jobs, and duties as a nurse! They're almost ALWAYS short staffed because seeing that the place basically runs itself (meaning there is no real structure nor organization) they can't keep anyone, which brings me to my next point! Unless you're wanting to work on a unit ALONE don't pick up on third shift in this place, because most likely, you will! I couldn't see myself being a part of nor dedicating myself to a place with such little value, such a lack of integrity, or with management that handled their staff with such carelessness (there is no support from management, even when your complaints and/or concerns would potentially better the facility!) so long as it didn't directly effect them, they could care less! I found that a lot of the people who DO have longevity here are those that're comfortable and like the fact that no matter WHAT they do, how DISRESPECTFUL, how many employees they run off due to ill-treatment, how times they're late, they'll probably NEVER be reprimanded! I wouldn't suggest this place to my WORST enemy!! Thee ONLY reason I've placed a star even, is because you're forced to in order to leave a comment. Good day.

I wouldn't entrust your care of a loved one to them. We did and our mother died when she shouldn't have.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
