    Tip to the wise, stop in early in the morning check the toothbrushes to see if they were even used. Stop in early and ask your loved one if they had a choice to get up early or not, probably not. It's s body factory, pushed through the line due to staff shortage. Look at the length of the unit floor and ask them how many people are staffed for third shift. On third shift its call lights on and long waiting periods as they staff so bare at night. When you visit ask if your loved one has their therapy exercises and what time, how did they react, if they didn't could they assist in doing them as you watch. The exercises are a huge money racquet that doesn't even happen a lot of the time. It's like a prison unless they can self propel and have permission they will rarely see the outdoors, which is a pity. I recommend pine haven, Rocky knoll, Manitowac health care center. Always look to the area for facility citations, ask the manager they must show you.

    Sunny Ridge has a very loving, helpful staff that provide a high quality of care for the residents. The therapy department is top notch and helps rehabilitation patients to get back to their daily lives as fast and safely as possible! The food is top notch!

    Sunny Ridge Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful place to get your short term rehabilitation after an orthopedic surgery as well as their skilled and dementia units, providing compassionate care in all departments. Great Job to the staff at Sunny Ridge!!!
