I would not recommend this place. I have a loved one there and my loved one is constantly complaining of how mean, disrespectful, and verbally abusive the staff is. I wish I didn't even have to put a star to how disturbing and sickening this is to hear, but it wouldn't let me post otherwise.

Stood at the customer service desk for about 5 minutes. Several staff members passed by me without saying a word. Finally a gentleman passed by and then turned around and asked if I had been helped. I replied "No" and then informed him what I needed. He went and got someone else who could help me and it was handled. I would not usually write at this location but their website has no way to send them an email or leave comments except by telephone.

10 hours later, my wife is still in same wet depends as when i left. this place is a joke. i am getting my wife out and bringing her home. only lack of rating is the ability of negative "stars" 2 more times today i find my wife wet after call light had been on for 4 minutes, she gets up and wets herself. i help her change. still no aide, a few minutes later she has to go to bathroom, pull light wait and nothing. this time lisa almost fell and the staff was upset with me for them not doing their job. i stated what the doctors orders were,i leave and am pulled over because sheridan manor accused me of drinking. officer gave me breath test. 000 go figure, if anyone has anyone they care about at sheridan manor, time to look at safer options!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
